1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Skyra24 provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Unless otherwise stated, Skyra24 products include a 12-month limited warranty.


2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Hardware malfunctions under normal operating conditions

  • Product failures not caused by external damage or misuse

If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, Skyra24 may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent model

  • Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible


3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accidents, crashes, or physical damage

  • Improper use, misuse, or negligence

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by third-party accessories or components

Consumable components such as batteries, propellers, or accessories may have limited or separate warranty coverage.


4. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team and provide the following information:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Product model and serial number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.


5. Warranty Service Process

If your warranty claim is approved:

  1. You may be asked to return the product for inspection.

  2. After inspection, we will determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty service.

  3. If approved, we will repair or replace the product.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs depending on the nature of the claim and location.

Skyra24 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Users are responsible for operating drones and electronics in accordance with local laws and safety regulations.
